The Bicos collection by Vista Alegre is one of the Portuguese brand’s most iconic and recognizable lines, distinguished by its classic design—inspired by the early 20th century—and its contemporary versatility.

The first known reference to these glasses, known as “biquinhos,” appears in a 1901 catalog from the Nova Fábrica de Vidros da Marinha Grande (Ivima). This type of glass, part of the “diamond-point” production line, was likely produced as early as the 19th century using manual cutting techniques.
