All exchanges must be made within a maximum period of 15 days after the date of delivery in its original packaging. Exchanges or returns of discounted items, made to order items, or custom made items are not accepted.

PURA CAL does not assume the costs associated with the return and does not assume any responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product. We recommend using a registered shipping service to easily track your order. Items can also be returned directly to our physical store. The refund of the amount paid is made once items are received in good condition. The shipping amount is not refunded.
