The carpets "1755" and "Purple Rain" were presented last year at Homeing edition in Lisbon and come back one year later to Pura Cal - Atelier, Store & Gallery at LxFactory between 29th September and 26th November 2017.

The two pieces in exhibition at "Cinza Púrpura" are a reflection of the creative and technical possibilities of contemporary tapestry, and show in different ways, two conceptual and aesthetic forms that intersect in their abstraction.

“1755” , Tiago Patrício Rodrigues, PURA CAL

1755 . Cataclysm, catharsis. The most remarkable event in the history of the city. Ruin and smoke, debris of an identity. A trail of destruction heralds the beginning of a new era.... a new time, a new history!

“PURPLE RAIN” , Michael Miranda, Maria João Gonçalves, Davide Gomes, DING DONG

Lisbon materialized in the energy of the colors and textures of the blooming Jacaranda!
