A commitment, where the past is present, but the use and comfort are deeply contemporary, a conventional Lisbon typology of the 40's, reborn through a new light and new ways of dwelling. This was the starting point of Architect Tiago Patrício Rodrigues in partnership with Atelier Pura Cal for the development of this project.

Keeping the time essence of the materials , but reviewing them through contemporary design and construction techniques, cleaner and more functional. Contrasts that are created and harmonized in ceilings, doors, baseboards and original floors as opposed to new functional elements and new spatial distribution.
